education professionals

adults aged 18+

MindMaps Education provides:

anonymous wellbeing surveys for school staff, SLT, pupils and parents

personalised wellbeing summary reports

wellbeing and coaching resources

online CPD, events, and training

digital downloads

community and platform-based support (current and future offerings)

We may update or modify Services at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

misuse or tamper with surveys

attempt to disrupt our platform or systems

resell or commercially exploit our resources without permission

upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

violate privacy or confidentiality of survey data

Illegal or abusive behaviour may result in immediate termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by MindMaps Education is our intellectual property.

Users or schools may:

download and use resources for internal educational use only

Users may not:

reproduce, distribute, or sell our content

claim ownership of our materials

use branding, trademarks, or logos without permission

7. User-Generated Content

Survey responses and submitted data remain yours, but by submitting them you grant MindMaps Education the right to use aggregated, anonymised data to:

generate wellbeing insights

benchmark trends

improve our Services

produce anonymised reports or research

We will never share identifiable personal data without explicit consent.

8. Disclaimers

MindMaps Education is not a mental health, medical, or legal service.

All wellbeing content is informational only.
Schools remain responsible for:

safeguarding

pastoral support

workplace wellbeing decisions

We do not guarantee outcomes based on survey or report data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindMaps Education is not liable for:

indirect or consequential damages

loss of data, profits, or opportunities

decisions made based on survey or report information

Our Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Services are misused

unlawful activity is suspected
